My Contribution:

Updates and cross-platform releases (iOS & Android) for an AR-based game featuring a virtual guide “Lara” using Vuforia, Unity AI, and NavMesh Agent
Resolved complex bugs across legacy code and managed plugin conflicts, including Android/iOS-specific issues (e.g., notifications, multi-region deployment)
Implemented AES-256 encryption + salted hashing for all local user data and progress saved on device storage – fully prevents hijacking, tampering, and reverse-engineering of saved files
Built a custom deep-link callback schema for instant and reliable return-to-app from web or external sources. Simulate user input to lead to in-game pages
Added runtime + remote localization: language, text, and regional content can be switched instantly in-game and updated remotely in real-time via live data pull (no app update or restart required)
Collaborated with 3rd-party vendors and integrated their mini-games seamlessly into the app
Successfully published and maintain live versions on both App Store and Google Play
Fully familiar with and handle the entire publishing pipeline and compliance requirements for Apple App Store and Google Play (review guidelines, privacy, entitlements, region-specific regulations, attestation, etc.)
Currently the sole maintainer – single-handedly managing all updates, store submissions, crash monitoring, and ongoing maintenance
